Trouble free process from ordering to delivery. So glad I found this company as it is the only place with Vitawin branded products. Many very similar non-Vita equivalents but none with the correct dimensions. I struggled so much to find this replacement. Very helpful in finding a replacement lock for my obsolete one, despatched the same day fits perfectly I knew nothing about windows mechanisms but was able to ask basic questions without feeling like an idiot. Delighted with the result which together with new insulation around the window frames has certainly helped stop the draughts and noise. Some rudimentary adjustments to my timber windows was required to accommodate a 20mm gearbox versus a 19mm on the originals and I needed to rebate the receivers for the locks as the mushrooms were slightly larger but other than that all relatively easy to do with a set of sharp wood chisels and a patient approach to DIY. When I called to find a like for like replacement for my Mila lock, I was told that the Vitawin Vita was a good replacement and delighted to have received the item in little over 24 hours. A bit of emailing back & forth but identified and sorted. These have 3 mushrooms instead of the 2 on the smaller size.
